Strikeout PSP invites you to join us for a PSP Awareness Event at PNC Park on Sunday, June 24, at 1:35 p.m. when the Pittsburgh Pirates take on the Arizona Diamondbacks!
We will be honoring the memory of Joe McKendree, who passed away peacefully on January 19, 2018, after a courageous four-year battle with PSP (Progressive Supranuclear Palsy), a brain disease with no known causes, treatments or cure.
You can help raise awareness of PSP and contribute to PSP research by purchasing game tickets and participating in our online raffle to throw out an honorary first pitch. A portion of all ticket and raffle proceeds will benefit CurePSP, Inc., an organization at the forefront of promoting PSP awareness, education, and research. It’s only through the support of people like you that we can bring hope for greater understanding of PSP and a possible cure.
Tickets are just $38 in the Outfield Box section and $5 of every ticket sold through this offer will be donated to fight PSP.
Honorary First Pitch Raffle and Andrew McCutchen Autograph Baseball
To honor Joe’s love of pitching, we’re holding an online raffle to throw out an honorary first pitch at the game.
Tickets are $5 each or 3 tickets for $10.
The drawing for the honorary first pitch was held on June 7. The winner was Alexandria Blough. Congratulations!
The drawing for the Andrew McCutchen autographed baseball will be held on Sunday, June 24. Please note: if you purchased a raffle ticket for the first pitch, you’re automatically entered into this raffle.
You can purchase your chances for the autographed baseball below through PayPal. 100% of the raffle proceeds will be donated to CurePSP.
