Strikeout PSP invites you to join us for a PSP Awareness Event at PNC Park on Sunday, August 4, at 1:35 p.m. when the Pittsburgh Pirates take on the New York Mets!
We will be honoring the memory of Joe McKendree, who passed away on January 19, 2018, after a courageous four-year battle with PSP (Progressive Supranuclear Palsy), a brain disease with no known causes, treatments or cure.
You can help raise awareness of PSP and contribute to PSP research by purchasing game tickets and participating in our online raffle to go on the field and help change the bases in between innings. A portion of all ticket and raffle proceeds will benefit CurePSP, Inc., an organization at the forefront of promoting PSP awareness, education, and research. It’s only through the support of people like you that we can bring hope for greater understanding of PSP and a possible cure.
Tickets are just $32 in the Outfield Box section and $10 of every ticket sold through this offer will be donated to fight PSP.
To purchase your tickets, please contact Amanda McKendree.
Even if you’re unable to join us at the Pirates’ game on Sunday, August 4th, you can still support our initiatives by contributing to CurePSP on our fundraising page.
